Twtjobs, developed by twtapps is an application that allows you to crate an post a resume on Twitter. You fill in some basic information about yourself as well as a 140 character summary (of course!). This allows you to connect with people looking for candidates. [Companies can also post job openings as well.]

According to the Founder Felipe Coimbra "the idea revolves around you sharing your post with your network, and they retweet it."

I did not complete a post (I am quite happy with my current job!), so you can see a sample of it here on ReadWriteWEb.
